WOODWARD, Iowa — The Dallas County Attorney dismissed all 10 charges against former Woodward Fire Chief Matthew Cavanaugh, saying the town’s police chief arrested Cavanaugh against the recommendation of the attorney’s office.
Cavanaugh was originally charged on Feb. 13 with 10 counts of tampering with records.
