Central San Antonians who want to try one of the city’s best-kept burger secrets will now have to drive a little further. Everybody Loves Raymonds closed its East Side restaurant at 2118 N I-35 Frontage Rd. on March 23.
“As of Monday, our downtown location has closed,” wrote the business on Facebook. “We fought hard to stay open after the new year, but it’s just not in God’s plan for us.”
Everybody Loves Raymonds did not elaborate on the reasoning behind the closure. But the near New Braunfels Avenue spot may have struggled to attract drive-by traffic.
