WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A 30-year-old Wichita man died early Wednesday at the Sedgwick County Jail.
Deputies and on-site medical staff responded at about 1:30 a.m. to assist the inmate, who was experiencing a medical emergency.
The inmate became unresponsive and stopped breathing. Despite resuscitation efforts from on-site responders, Sedgwick County EMS and the Wichita Fire Department, the inmate was pronounced dead at 2:28 a.m…
