Never has a public protest been more timely or more needed, including here in South Dakota. Sen. John Thune, who presides as majority leader in the U.S. Senate, has done little to nothing to rein in the excesses. It’s part of the No Kings movement, and that, too, is hugely relevant.
We have entered into a war that, for the first time, does not have the majority supporting it. One man has chosen this route for us all. One man has caused this disaster, spending billions that might have been used here at home, costing the lives of American soldiers as well as life-long disabilities for many of them.
