NDOW investigating school district employee for allegedly destroying goose nest

CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) – The Nevada Department of Wildlife is investigating after an employee with the Carson City School District allegedly destroyed a Canada Goose nest at Fritch Elementary School.

The goose had set up a home in the school’s field for around a year.

According to Carson Now, a district official allegedly chased the goose away with her dog, then destroyed the nest and stomped on the eggs…
