Rollin’ Rolls Cafe quietly slipped into Kakaʻako earlier this year, joining the row of grab-and-go spots tucked behind Down to Earth. The family-run counter keeps things tight and focused: banh mi, summer rolls, fried spring rolls and a short list of Vietnamese-style coffees aimed squarely at the breakfast-and-lunch crowd. Owner Tam Tran oversees a streamlined menu that leans on housemade pâté and portable plates built for people who are in, out and back to work.
