BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore Police are offering a reward of up to $8,000 for information that leads to charges and an arrest in a deadly shooting of a man in February 2025 in west Baltimore.
On February 23, 2025, around 12:36 a.m., officers responded to a shot spotter alert at the 600 block of Poplar Grove Street and found a man, identified as Eric Carter, with a gunshot wound to the head.
Carter was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased…
