EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office has identified a 23-year-old man who died following a shooting on Kimber Lane Tuesday.
Trey Leavell, of Evansville, succumbed to his injuries at St. Vincent Hospital after being transported from the scene of the shooting. Authorities say the incident occurred on March 24, 2025.
The Evansville Police Department and the Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office are conducting a joint investigation into the death. An autopsy for Leavell is scheduled for Wednesday…
