One of West Michigan’s largest commercial real estate brokerages plans to spend $2.7 million to move its headquarters to the Bridge Street corridor near the future Amway Stadium.
Advantage Commercial Real Estate Services LLC plans to relocate from its leased, 5,300-square-foot space at 3333 Deposit Drive NE on the city’s far northeast side into the more than 15,000-square-foot Bridge Street Depot office building.
