GAINESVILLE, Fla. — A dispute over a food delivery escalated into an armed confrontation Wednesday afternoon, resulting in the arrest of two individuals, authorities said.
Deputies responded on March 25, 2026, to the 5000 block of Northeast Waldo Road after a caller reported that someone had pulled a gun during an argument.
According to investigators, the victim had ordered takeout that was not delivered and contacted the delivery person, later identified as 27-year-old Jacquez De’Onte Keith, to meet at a different location.
