KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A 20-year-old man is facing a dozen charges after police said he crashed a car into several things on Cumberland Avenue over the weekend.
Boston West, 20, is charged with speeding, two counts of vandalism, violations of the youth tobacco, smoking hemp and vapor products act, reckless endangerment, possession of a fake ID, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, drug possession, evading arrest and DUI.
Knoxville police said West crashed a white Mercedes on Cumberland Avenue near 19th Street around 3:15 a.m. on Sunday. According to the warrant for West’s arrest, he took down a bike rack, bench, light pole and tree in front of a bank, shattering the window of the Cumberland Food Hall…
