Butter’s Burgers
The Napa-based smash burger joint — run by a French Laundry alum Christopher Ruiz — is opening a second location at Armistice Brewing Company beer garden in Richmond. The truck soft opened March 23 for lunch service, and will have its grand opening April 3. Fans of the Napa-based spot that serves quarterpounder and double quarterpounder smashburgers, a Japanese-style fried chicken sandwich, pastrami, Impossible burgers, and loaded fries, can rejoice at the new option in Richmond. Butter’s Burgers also operates out of Armistice in Napa. Butter’s Burgers, 845 Marina Bay Parkway, Suite 1, Richmond.
