Florida Trio Faces Decades Behind Bars After Federal ID Theft And Bank Fraud Indictment

Three Pensacola residents are headed to trial this spring after a federal grand jury returned a stinging indictment involving stolen identities and fraudulent travel documents. Donny Bernard Ross, 49, Elizabeth Ann Rogers, 39, and Vontavius Jamaal Bradley, 23, now find themselves at the center of a complex federal case involving conspiracy to commit bank fraud, the use of a false passport, and aggravated identity theft.

The charges were made public today by John P. Heekin, the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida. The trio made their initial appearance in federal court on March 18, 2026, standing before U.S. Magistrate Judge Zachary C. Bolitho for their arraignment.
