HOLLY RIDGE, N.C. (WNCT) — Members of the Holly Ridge community are speaking out about longer EMS response times.
Dominick Tesoriero says that his father died on Feb. 1st after an ambulance took over an hour to get his house during the winter storm. Onslow County says their records show it took nearly a half an hour to get on the scene.
