AUSTIN, Texas — Austin police arrested a suspect in connection to Sunday’s homicide near Mueller.
APD says that 37-year-old Clemente Garcia was arrested on Tuesday in the 7100 block of Ed Bluestein Boulevard for unrelated felony warrants.
