Muttfest will take place on Sunday, May 17, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Rex Baxter Building at the Tri-State Fairgrounds, 3301 SE 10th Avenue. The theme is Waggin’est Tails in the West. The event includes numerous vendors, a reduced-cost dog shot clinic (Parvo/Distemper $15, Bordetella $15, Rabies $15, or all three for $40), a silent auction, and pet contests for Waggin’est Tail, Best Costume, and Owner/Pet Look-Alike.
