HUMBLE, Texas (CW39) – A cement truck appeared to have caught fire along the Sam Houston Parkway eastbound Thursday, causing a major traffic backup.
CW39 reporter Daryl Matthews captured video from the scene showing flames and thick smoke coming from what appeared to be the front of the truck.
