SAN ANTONIO — A woman was arrested after fleeing Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers near U.S. 281 and Jones Maltsberger on the North Side.
The incident began at 1:42 p.m. on Tuesday, when a trooper attempted to stop a 2008 black Ford Edge for a traffic violation on Vermont Street.
