Two Sioux Falls residents are facing felony charges after authorities say they were involved in a scheme to improperly claim a casino jackpot in Lyon County.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Lyon County District Court, 51-year-old Lisa Helene Kadinger-Meinders and 54-year-old William Albert Crossley III were both arrested Tuesday, March 24th, by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
