EUGENE, Ore. — Weyerhaeuser announced it has awarded $120,500 in philanthropic grants across Lane County through its Giving Fund. A total of 25 grants were awarded for workforce development, education initiatives and community projects throughout Eugene and Cottage Grove.
“Weyerhaeuser is proud to continue supporting the nonprofits serving Lane County through another year of Giving Fund contributions,” said Dana Quartly, Eugene Giving Fund committee member and Southern Oregon region manager at Weyerhaeuser. “The dedication these organizations bring to their work is critical for creating stronger, healthier communities for all our neighbors.”
