The Apache Junction Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Layla Winter who is missing and was last seen at her residence at approximately 10 a.m. March 12.
Family members advised that she was last seen wearing black jeans, a white/yellow T-shirt and a black backpack. Winter has a surgical scar on her right forearm.
She is considered a habitual runaway juvenile. Winter is known to frequent Skyline High School and Skyline Park. She was entered into NCIC as a runaway juvenile…
