There was one time in history when the central core of New York State’s second-largest city was a bustling city centre with a pedestrian mall and thousands of people strolling around the area. However, it seems that those days are long gone as there are stretches of downtown Buffalo that are desolate and nearly empty.
While there is a major push underway by some of Buffalo’s biggest businesses to bring more people back to work downtown, it seems those efforts are just a tad bit too late for one downtown coffee shop, as they are planning to shut their doors in the very near future.
