RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — The troubled Parkview Apartments, formerly known as 444 Park and Richmond Hts. Park Apartments, after years of complaints from residents about its upkeep, is now in receivership.
An action by Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court placed the four-building complex, 444 Richmond Park East, into the care of Guggenheim Realty, which has the Shapiro Group now managing the apartments. Parkview Apartments is the city’s largest complex, at 738 units.
