Starting July 2026, Waste Management (WM) will roll out a new Cart Monitoring and Enforcement Program in Eastvale. The goal is to keep recycling and organics streams clean and reduce overfilled or contaminated carts.
Using Smart Truck® technology, WM trucks will photograph cart contents during pickup. Customers will be notified if their carts are overfilled or contain the wrong materials.
