EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — A federal grand jury has indicted 10 people following a joint narcotics investigation into a methamphetamine distribution ring operating in the Southern District of Indiana.
The indictments, handed down Feb. 26, charge the individuals with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Those named in the federal indictment are David E. Neighbors, 44; Kamal R. Sims, 41; Emmanuel Garcia-Cervantes, 32; Demarco A. Craig, 44; Lindsey L. Caldwell, 42; Alta J. Love, 43; Scott A. Knight, 61; Jason L. Chamberlain, 52; Krystin A. Oakley, 35; and Marcos Garcia-Valdes, 27.
