Erie, Pa (WJET/WFXP)– The SCI Albion prisoner who admitted to strangling his cellmate to death in October of last year was handed his sentence in Erie County Court Thursday morning.
According to assistant district attorney Brendan Sala, Dylan Lesnik was sentenced to life sentence in prison for killing 25-year-old Andy Ortiz inside of their cell.
Lesnik was already serving a life sentence for a prior incident in 2020, where he slashed his pregnant girlfriend’s ear and neck with a knife and later killed his neighbor…
