York man charged after inciting police standoff at Springettsbury Township apartment

YORK, Pa. — A York man is facing multiple charges after authorities claim he threatened to kill a woman and initiated a standoff with police that forced the evacuation of two apartment buildings during an alleged domestic incident on March 21.

Adam Michael Klosicki, 35, allegedly violated a Protection From Abuse order against the victim by locking her in a room in her apartment on the 3200 block of East Market Street, according to Springettsbury Township Police, who were dispatched to the scene shortly after 7 p.m.

He also allegedly threatened to kill her by striking her with a socket wrench, the victim later told police…
