CUTLER BAY, Fla. — Bullets were flying during a party in a quiet neighborhood in Cutler Bay, and some neighbors said they thought it was fireworks.
The shooting shortly before 9 p.m. on Tuesday damaged property along Sterling Drive, near Southwest 194 Street, near Bel Aire Elementary School.
There were so many bullets fired that crime scene technicians had to return on Thursday to collect more bullet casings…
