ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – A Roanoke nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness may have to shut down some services after the city issued zoning violations to The Least of These Ministry following complaints from neighboring property owners and businesses.
A place to use the restroom is a luxury many don’t have, but The Least of These Ministry offers that private moment for those who are homeless.
