SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A 27-year-old San Francisco woman faces multiple charges after police responded to a report of a possible stabbing Tuesday afternoon in the city’s Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood.
While en route to a residence on the 900 block of Fairfax Avenue, the San Francisco Police Department said officers learned that two people involved in a physical altercation.
At the scene, police met with both parties and found that one person was suffering from injuries. They were taken by paramedics to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries…
