TOLEDO, Ohio — A man arrested for a west Toledo shooting that injured a 10-year-old earlier this month was indicted Thursday for attempted murder.
Jeronica Phillips, 56, is also charged in Lucas County Common Pleas Court with four counts of felonious assault and one count each of discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises and having weapons while under disability.
