The San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG, Inc.) plans to buy a conservation easement on properties at 14209 & 13895 N Interstate 5 W Frontage Road and 13501 N Thornton Road in Lodi. Two public hearings will be held at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton:
- April 8, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. during the Habitat Technical Advisory Committee meeting (hybrid format)
- April 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. during the SJCOG Board meeting (in person)
