TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Traffic is blocked on Heatherdowns Blvd. Thursday afternoon after a multi-vehicle crash.
Police had a stretch of Heatherdowns shut down between Cass and North Village as of about 12:40 p.m. on March 26.
