GUILDERLAND — The second phase of construction is underway at senior living community Hamilton Parc in Guilderland.
It will add 93 additional apartment units to its existing building located at 6051 State Farm Road by later this year, said Arye Schwimmer, chief operating officer at Webster Management, the company managing the project on behalf of the developer, The Markstone Group.
Currently, the senior living development — a 55-and-older active adult community — features 155 apartment units and amenities including a heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center, walking and biking trails, a golf simulator, on-site salon and spa, art studio, movie theater and more…
