LITTLE ROCK, Ark — The Peppermint Hippo has filed a judicial review of the decision made by state alcohol regulators last week over the decision to revoke their alcohol permit.
The state said that the process came after several months of investigation into the strip club and finding repeated violations that were deemed a threat to public safety.
The allegations from the state range from the establishment causing a death to serving intoxicated patrons, prohibited sexual contact, and fraudulent charges on American Express cards. But those claims are now being challenged in court…
