ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Detours will be posted on Monday and some drivers will need to take an alternative route as crews repair a water main on Rural Street in Rockford.
Starting 7 a.m., March 30, the eastbound lane of Rural Street will be closed to through traffic from Calvin Park Boulevard to Fairview Boulevard.
