MERIDIAN, Idaho — Construction continues on an expansion at The Village at Meridian, where developers expect new restaurants and retail stores to begin opening this fall.
The project will add about 80,000 square feet of commercial space across six new buildings designed for restaurants, retail shops and lifestyle businesses connected to the existing shopping and entertainment district.
Hugh Crawford, vice president of property management for CenterCal properties, said the expansion completes a phase of development first envisioned when the project was approved in 2007.
