Federal Way shooting suspect arraigned on murder charges after capture in Mexico

SEATTLE β€” The suspect in a 2023 deadly shooting outside a Federal Way bar that was captured in Mexico was arraigned on murder charges Wednesday.

Samuel Ramirez Jr. was apprehended in Sinaloa, Mexico, earlier this month, after nearly three years on the run.

On Wednesday, Ramirez was arraigned on first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and attempted first-degree murder charges. The defense entered a not guilty plea on his behalf. Ramirez remains held on $5 million bail, and a judge approved a no-contact order protecting the surviving victim and the victims’ families…
