Easter candy prices are up 67% since 2020 — and most consumers haven’t noticed

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Since 2020, prices for Easter candy have increased 67%, leading shoppers to increase their Easter candy budget by 15%, according to a report done by InvestorsObserver.

According to the report, the jump wasn’t made all at once — there have been small price bumps each year. Now, a family spending $93 on Easter candy today will walk away with 40% less than in 2020.
