Northern Virginia real estate and logistics mogul Chuck Kuhn has purchased the 240,000-square-foot Redstone Industrial Park in Manassas.
Kuhn, through JK Land Holdings, secured the heavy industrial space – two buildings at 11400 and 11500 University Blvd. – from Boston-based Dogwood Industrial. Both parties were represented by commercial brokerage firm KLNB.
Dogwood Industrial Properties purchased the complex in November 2024 for $68.8 million, according to the Washington Business Journal. Kuhn’s purchase price was not immediately disclosed…
