Kern County women in law unite, inspiring future generations with special portrait

BAKERSFIELD, Calif (KGET) — Dozens of Kern County women working in law gathered at the Superior Court on Wednesday to celebrate each other and inspire future generations to believe anything is possible.

The annual Women in Law portrait is an event that showcases local women legal professionals.

“We really hope that future lawyers will see themselves in this photo and be moved to join us in a legal career, and maybe do this photo in a few years,” said Alekxia Torres Stallings, a managing attorney.
