Emergency crews are on the scene of a serious crash involving two large commercial vehicles in Phenix City.
The collision occurred on Highway 280 at U.S. Highway 80 West, just south of the Lakewood Drive overpass. Initial reports indicate an 18-wheeler and a tanker truck carrying anhydrous ammonia were involved in the incident.
