Clermont County man indicted in fatal overdose, remains at large, deputies say

OHIO TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) – A Clermont County man is wanted after he was indicted Thursday in a fatal November 2025 overdose, according to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office.

Wade Hensgen, 51, of Ohio Township, was charged with two counts each of involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, trafficking cocaine and trafficking a fentanyl-related compound, deputies said.
