LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — Tonight’s Hometown Heroes are building a better future for young adults living on their own.
The nonprofit Community Basics is building a new housing project in Lancaster City called Manor Youth House. It will provide affordable housing for young adults who are homeless or aging out of foster care.
