UPDATE: A Tornado Watch has been issued for most local counties in Western Pennsylvania. Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Washington and Westmoreland counties are impacted.
The watch is expected to be in place until at least 11 p.m.
