A Coralville man was sentenced to 13 years in federal prison stemming from two counts of felony possession of a firearm and one count of intent to distribute a controlled substance.
Ricardo Steward, 46, was found guilty and sentenced on March 25.
According to court documents, on Feb. 14, 2025, authorities found Steward knowingly possessing less than 50 kgs of marijuana with the intent to distribute. The maximum sentence for the charge is five years in federal prison…
