AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Family and friends are remembering 53-year-old Teodoro Garcia-Herrera as a man of integrity, loyalty and quiet mastery of his craft.

In the statement, they shared that Garcia-Herrera was originally from Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and built his reputation through years of honest work.
