A Hennepin County commissioner is facing criticism after saying she doesn’t think the sheriff’s office can provide safety well and is not willing to fund the sheriff to provide it.
Commissioners were discussing the sheriff’s office going over budget last year when Hennepin County Commissioner Marion Greene made the comments.
