CALEDONIA, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin say an Illinois woman was arrested early Tuesday morning after a traffic stop found drugs and a firearm inside the vehicle, as well as a child sleeping on the floor.
According to a release from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted a traffic stop around 1:30 a.m. on Interstate 90/94/39 in the Town of Caledonia after a vehicle was caught on radar going 95mph in a 70mph zone.
While approaching the vehicle during the traffic stop, deputies spotted a young child sleeping on the floor of the back seats with no safety restraint…
