JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – If a proposed tiny house village in West Jackson is moving forward, it will have to do so without Jackson dollars.
On Tuesday, the Jackson City Council rescinded $2.9 million in funding it awarded to the Jackson Resource Center to construct the village on Capers Avenue.
